Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production and/or stock delays may occur and are subject to change. Should an item no longer be available, we will refund you. Items may take an additional 5-7 business days while in transit.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time - All orders are processed within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in our header bar of the website or unless it is during a busy season. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates :
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if your order is over 50 pounds. If under 50 pounds, your shipping cost will only be $5.00 if you reside in the United States. International Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
Any items over 1 pound are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which typically ships in 2-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. This is out of Saved by Grace Co.'s control.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of receiving your tracking confirmation email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Saved by Grace Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Saved by Grace Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to the postal carrier, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
